Craftling Co. ("I," "me," or "my") built this page to explain, in plain language, what happens to your information when you use the contact form on craftlingco.com.

What I collect

When you submit the contact form, I collect the information you type in: your name, email, phone number (if you provide it), business name, the package you're interested in, and your message. I don't use cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party ad scripts on this site.

How it's used

Your form submission is sent directly to me by email through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, so I can reply about your project. I don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else, and I don't use it for marketing you didn't ask for.

How it's stored

• Form submissions arrive in my personal email inbox, the same as any other email.
• Web3Forms processes the submission to deliver it, but I don't ask them to store it beyond that.
• I keep project-related emails only as long as makes sense for the work itself.

Your choices

You can reach out any time to ask what information I have from you, or to have it deleted, by emailing belindagroenewald@icloud.com or calling 620-909-8527.
